Like South Sea, This painting features the greys of an unhappy ocean. As a former tall ship sailor who has furled square sails high up in the sky out on the yards I am happy to have found this song about the uncertainties of being on the jacklines. Being a yacht racer and and charter captain now is mostly fun. Being a Tall Ship Sailor can be a matter of life and death.
I survived and now I just paint and sail.
