Grand Turk is the largest of the Turks Islands in the Turks and Caicos archipelago. The Capital is Cockburn town (giggle). I experienced outstanding diving with Mitch Rolling and his Blue Water Divers outfit. We stayed at the Osprey Beach Hotel and Mitch and his band entertained us at night. The wall right off the beach offers incredible vistas for diving and the beaches were, well adequate but featured outstanding sunsets.
This is one of the first five Beach Paintings by Stu Coleman that began his fascination with capturing the essence of sitting on the sand and looking out at the ocean.
